Following
is Arway Direct's return policy for all purchases made through our internet

- PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE -
Within
30 Days - A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be
issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original
shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original
box. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the
merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise
will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original
shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original
box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping
costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS
WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED
AFTER 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
To avoid problems, please include
a copy of your original receipt with the
merchandise so we can process your return.

ACCEPTABLE TERMS FOR
ALL GARMENT RETURNS
1) All Garments must be returned in the exact same condition as they
were received -
ALL LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
2) All garments must be
returned absolutely clean (no hair, lint, debris, etc.)
3) All garments must be
unwashed and never worn.
4) All garments must be
returned undamaged.
If any of these conditions
are not met, your order will be returned to you at your expense.
FOOTWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED
OR EXCHANGED
Due to manufacturer requirements, your footwear purchase cannot be returned
or exchanged.
Please be sure to confirm your size and color before ordering.

SHIPPING

| Shipping
Service - Arway Direct uses UPS Ground service on all shipments
unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 7-10 business
days (UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless specified
by the shipper) for your merchandise to arrive based on your location. Please
allow additional time for embroidered pieces. UPS adds a $2.50
drop-off charge for residents (non-business addresses) only. |
Backorders
- In the event a particular item is not immediately available,
it will be placed on back order. You will be advised as to approximate
shipping dates for backordered items. The backordered items will be shipped
at no additional charge. |

Outside of US - Arway Direct can not ship merchandise outside of
the Continental USA at this time due to high shipping costs and well as
for credit verification reasons. If you would like to purchase shoes and
you are outside of the Continental USA, alterative payment methods and a
